About
Hi, I’m Dr. Leigh-Ann Maltz-Dichter
Born in South Africa, I grew up in Lower Merion Township from the age of 8. After graduating from Lower Merion High School, I got my Bachelor’s in Biological Basis of Behavior-Behavior and Social Communications from University of Pennsylvania in 1993. I received my DMD from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1997.
I am an active member of Montgomery Bucks Dental Society, Pennsylvania Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Main Line Stomatology Society.
In the dental community, I volunteer with KidSmiles, Donated Dental Services, and Operation Smile. I contribute regularly to the ADA Advisory Circle and Health Policy Institute. I volunteer for the Montgomery County Medical Reserve Corps and as a Covid vaccinator. I served on the Lower Merion Township Health Advisory Board. I mentor dental students in practice management and high school students interested in dentistry. I donate my time teaching science, nutrition and dentistry in Philadelphia and Suburban schools especially during National Children’s Dental Health Month.
My hobbies include spending time with friends, arts and crafts, gardening, tennis, golf, baking and making people smile. I enjoy spending time with my husband, Eric, and two children, Samantha and Jason and our dog, Coco.
Skill and compassion go hand in hand as I try to stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship and friendship.
I appreciate the time you’ve taken to visit this site and find out more about my team, and the many services we can provide to help you achieve optimum oral health.
